First Fruit of 2009 Sorting Video

Last week we took in our first fruit of the 2009 harvest season.  You can see our video on the Split Rock (Sonoma Coast) sort below.  If you can't see the video, please click here. 

We started fermenting these grapes on Saturday and they should be ready to press into barrel sometime in the next 5-7 days.  We'll keep you appraised of our progress.
