Biotechnology of Enology Lecture Video

Last night Kerith razzle-dazzled an esteemed gathering of the San Diego life sciences community with her lecture on the Biotechnology of Enology.  We know that a number of you science geeks and biochem nerds weren't able to attend, so we recorded Kerith narrating her lecture over the slide deck.  You can see that video below (or click here if you're having trouble viewing it in the email).

Even if you're scared off by the science (like I am), try to watch the first few minutes.  It's highly entertaining and informative.  Just watch out for the first slide - it's a doozy.
